What is a Ultrasoft Microfibre ?

Ultra microfiber is softer, finer and more absorbent than any other conventional cloth available today. It its preferred for its lightweight, super absorbency and rapid drying properties. The secret of the microfiber cloth is its state-of-the-art matrix of thousands of tiny fibers; 10x finer than silk and 100x smaller than the human hair, These high performance pads attract and hold dirt, grime, mildew etc, like powerful magnet, retaining up to 7x its weight.

Product Details:

Oversized  40cm X 40cm yellow microfiber towels. These ultra soft microfiber towels will lift and trap dirt and moisture, leaving a clean, dry and polished surface. They are safe to use on all surfaces around the home, car, RV, motorcycle, aircraft, or boat. The towels are environmentally beneficial in that they require little to no water, reducing waste. In addition, these microfiber towels are especially adept at cleaning without the use of chemicals. Use them dry, and they will work like magic without scratching, linting, or streaking. Use them wet and they will absorb 7 to eight times their own weight in water. Microfiber works by attracting dust and other contaminants like a magnet and trapping them within its very fine microscopic filaments. The fibers are so tiny they are able to remove 99% of bacteria effortlessly. Due to their superior quality, these microfiber towels can be washed and reused hundreds of times. Care instructions: Machine wash. Tumble dry low, and do not iron. Do not use fabric softener as this would clog the microfibers and reduce performance. Do not use chlorine bleach. The “Royal Roads University,” in Victoria, British Columbia, is a highly respected institution, worldwide. The university is “committed to developing and maintaining high standards of environmental stewardship. Its goal is to become a global leader in environmental sustainability through innovative strategies, which foster the protection and preservation of the environment.” In 2001, Royal Roads invested $840,000 for the creation and implementation of a virtually Chemical Free cleaning system. This new system relies exclusively upon microfiber cleaning products, and many additional independent sources were utilized to further the independence of this study’s findings.

 The final results of this independent study found the following facts regarding microfiber, to hold true:

  Lessons Learned: 

1.     Microfiber cleaning products leave the surface of the item being cleaned “Free of any foreign material.”

2.     Microfiber products “Do not cross contaminate.”

3.     As microfiber products can be used wet, there is no need to mechanically dry them. By avoiding the use of commercial dryers, “Significant additional energy costs are avoided.”
