• We aim to arrange shipment of all items within 48 working hours of receiving your order (excluding weekends and bank holidays).

• Our eBay store receives daily updates of our stock levels, on the rare occasion goods are temporarily out of stock due to unexpected demand for items we will contact you on the telephone number or email address provided so that you may choose between having it shipped when it is back in stock, selecting an alternative colour / product, or you may opt to cancel your order. If no telephone number is given at the time of order we will contact you by email. If we do not get a response within two calendar weeks of leaving a message or sending an email, we will send the item in the nearest available colour option, or place your order on hold while we await your item if no alternative colour is available.

• In the event of a parcel not arriving to you please first contact your local post office as it may be being held there, even if a note has not been left by your postman. If you have no luck with tracking it yourself please contact us and we will do our best to help solve the situation.

• Urgent orders – The most simple and effective way for this is to process the order as usual Online then contact us by telephone (01792 473785) before “PAY NOW” quoting your eBay ID or sale record number.– where we can then send you a new invoice if any additional postage is needed to be paid. You may also contact us by telephone for urgent orders.
  Special Delivery is recommended for very urgent orders as Royal Mail standard 1st class can take 1-3 working days.

• Please make sure that all correct information is provided on your eBay account before purchase. We will send all items to the address provided at time of sale and we cannot be held responsible for any delays or unsuccessful deliveries where information has been provided to incorrectly. All re-deliveries in these cases must be paid by the customer.
  

Postal Discount:

• Important Note about Combined Postage-
  eBay does not always automatically combine postage for multiple orders. It is very important that combined postage is dealt with BEFORE any payment is made. Simply “Commit to Buy”, everything that you wish to purchase but DO NOT “Pay Now”. After you have completed your order simply Call, eBay Message or Email us and we can combine your order for you.
  Orders where the postage has not been combined will not receive any overpaid postage refunded.

• UK customers:
  We charge the highest postage on the first item, and great postal discount on additional items (please see individual listings or contact us for more information).
  Regardless of amount of items you purchase,
  *£8 is the maximum postage to UK zone 1. (Wales, England and some parts of Scotland);
  *£10 is the maximum postage to UK zone 2 (The Highlands and Islands of Scotland - postcodes include IV, HS, KA27-28, KW, PA20-49, PA60-78, PH17-26, PH30-44, PH49-50, ZE);
  *£12 is the maximum postage to UK zone 3 (Northern Ireland, Isle of Man and Isles of Scilly – postcodes include BT, IM, TR21-25).

• Overseas customers:
  Combined postage is also available to overseas customers, please email us for prices. Parcels that are less than 2kg would be sent by Royal Mail which would be charged according to the weight.Parcels that are over 2kg in weight will not be able to be sent with Royal Mail and will be sent with our courier Parcel Force.
  
  Flat rate postage applies to most of the EU countries; please see the list below, the following rate covers the parcels that weigh up to 30kg:

• If for any reason the items you received are not what you desired or you are not satisfied with your purchase please contact us by eBay Message, Telephone or Email within 7 working days and we will do everything we can to first resolve the matter.
  If the matter cannot be resolved the items may be returned as instructed by a member of our sales staff via Email or Telephone conversation, where you will be given a return address and unique “Personal Returns Authorisation number” without this your return will be invalid.

• For all items returned a full postage refund will only be given if an error has been made on our part. If no error has occurred due to us the postage will not be refunded once items have been returned.
  
  All returns must be returned to us undamaged, unused, and well packed.
  If the item is returned unopened in the original box, we will exchange it or offer you a refund based on your original method of payment.

• You only have to send the product back to us, at your own cost, unused and undamaged in the original packaging. We will arrange a credit, exchange or refund (subject to our terms and conditions).

• NOTE: Packaging World recommends that you use a “Recorded Delivery” service when returning anything to us. We cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage to the product during shipping when items are being returned to us.

• Damages:
  All items are checked prior to dispatch, should any items be damaged in transit please follow the procedure set out below:
  1) Contact us within 48 hours of receiving damaged
  2) You may be required to sign insurance claim forms
  3) You may be required to return all the packing material and product for us to inspect the damage.
  If you discard the original packing materials and/or item you may not be entitled to a replacement or refund as this will be needed for any claim for damages.
