Question: What happens if my purchase fails to arrive?
Answer: Every chance must be given for the postal services to deliver the item – busy periods such as Christmas especially. Products posted same Day from United Kingdom London to UK and Worldwide via Royal Mail First Class and for International Customer via International Airmail, for UK the item should arrive the next working Day or the Day after, if not then call your LOCAL Sorting office as they may be holding that for you, but we suggest, that before call them at least wait 4 Working Days, If no Luck please use our above contact us link as we only reply to messages via our customer Message Board for Non Delivery, Tech support issue.
International Customers before you contact us please wait at least 7 working days although the item should arrive within 3 working days as we post from UK via International Airmail.
