* We are very good at what we do, but on the rare occassion you may require an exchange or if you are not happy for any reason return the item for stock refund.

We offer exchange for size if available or we shall refund your money of the shoes upon arrival of the returned shoes. All postage costs are at the buyer's expense.

* For custom-made shoes, No Return.

* If you require an exchange of size/style or return please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the item, for an authorisation number PRIOR to returning the item, and provide YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS to enable forwarding the form with instructions. Returns without an authorisation number will incur a 15% restocking fee.
