How long does it take?
Items ordered on any business day (Monday - Friday) excluding Bank Holidays should be usually delivered within 3 - 5 business days (excluding weekend), anytime up to 5.30pm.
Our standard delivery will be within 48hours if the order is placed before 13:00 GMT and all ordered items are in stock. Under some circumstances we cannot guarantee 2 day delivery, however every effort is made by ourselves & the couriers to achieve this.
All orders addressed within the UK upto the value of £50 are being send by Royal Mail. All order over £50 with be delivered by our courier company. You must arrange for someone at your address to be present and sign for the parcel on the expected delivery date.
Where a parcel cannot be delivered, (e.g. no-one at home), you should be notified with a telephone number to call to arrange a suitable time for re-delivery. Our couriers will only attempt one re-delivery, thereafter you will be required to collect your parcel from the collection depot within 5 days. If your parcel is not collected within 5 days it will be returned to Dowlings Outdoor Sports. You will be credited your original total cost less £10.50 which is the full cost of delivery and return delivery charges back to Dowlings Outdoor Sports.
What to do if there is a problem with the delivery?
Dowlings Outdoor Sports relies upon the services of third party couriers, and whilst we endeavour to ‘keep to our word’ there are unfortunately a few occasions when the couriers fail to perform the service that they are required to. This happens rarely, but because it does occur, albeit occasionally, we cannot be held responsible for the late delivery of an item. For the avoidance of doubt Dowlings Outdoor Sports will not refund the standard delivery charge if the courier has failed to deliver the item(s) on the anticipated delivery date.
If the parcel does not arrive when you expect it then please don't hesitate to give us a call on +44 (0)1753 251383. We will contact Royal Mail or Yodel and call you back to let you know what's happening.

Want to return an item?
If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason then please inform us via telephone 01753 251383 within 5 days and we will exchange them or refund your payment when the goods are received back by us. Please also ensure you obtain a certificate of posting available free from the post office. Goods will be exchanged only if they have not been worn, used or otherwise tampered with and are in original, undamaged packaging.
If goods have been damaged then please inform us as soon as possible, before returning the goods to us and we will exchange or offer a full refund. We reserve the right to return the goods to the manufacturer for inspection before issuing a refund. If the manufacturer deems the fault not to be of the product Dowlings Outdoor Sports reserve the right not to issue a refund.
