Buyers can make the payment through paypal or bank deposit.

Items are generally dispatched within 1-2 business days after payment is cleared. Delivery usually takes approximately 7- 10 business days. Buyers will be able to trace the delivery online during the entire shipment with a unique tracking number.

Buyers have the full responsibility to provide us with the correct delivery address on checkout page before payment.

Any changes of address after checkout will not be considered as valid.

OZ Mr Gadgets is not liable for any delay, losses and/or damage of items due to changes of delivery address after checkout, or mistakes made by buyers.

Re-delivery fee will be charged on buyers for item that is undeliverable and/or returned to OZ Mr Gadgets due to incorrect delivery address or unsuccessful delivery.

Items will only be delivered during normal business hours (9am to 5pm AEST) on weekdays. Delivery is not available on weekends, public holidays or after business hours.

We are sorry that pick up is not available for our items as per our terms and conditions under any circumstances. We are sorry for any inconvenience caused.

90 days warranty will apply to all Oz Mr Gadgets products unless the corresponding listing states otherwise.

If items show symptoms of operation failure, defective or broken (aka "DOA", Dead on Arrival Products), buyers must contact us via email within 7 days with a full detailed description of the issue. OZ Mr Gadgets reserves the rights to reject any claims made after 7 days or additional charge (postage and handling) may apply.

If the product is assessed to be DOA, Buyers will receive a full or partial refund, or a replacement product or parts.

When buyers are asked to send back the defective item, a replacement will be sent to buyers after the returned product is received. OZ Mr Gadgets will take full responsibility for the postage fee.

DOA products are required to return when it is agreed that OZ Mr Gadgets will provide buyer a refund or replacement. The returned DOA products will be our property and the replacement will be buyers' property.

Replacement products are provided with the same warranty as the returned products.
OZ Mr Gadgets is not liable for items that have been misused, mishandled or incorrectly installed. Customers should read the instruction and advice given by manufacturers and suppliers before use.

All accessories and bonus gift are not covered by warranty such as carry bag, cable, and battery.

Buyers are recommended to leave Five-Star Positive feedbacks on the items they receive.

OZ Mr Gadgets will leave a positive feedback to the buyers on the same day when we receive positive feedbacks from buyers.

If buyers are not satisfied with their purchase, please contact us BEFORE leaving any non positive feedbacks. OZ Mr Gadgets will try to compromise and reach a satisfying agreement.
