Most of my items are vintage, antique or pre-loved, so therefore in some cases they may show wear and tear.  I describe items, noting faults to my best ability, however I am only human and very occasionally a minor fault may slip by me.  A refund will be given if I have inaccurately described an item.  Please contact me within 24 hrs on receiving the item for any issue to be resolved, prior to leaving eBay feedback.

To avoid any problems please read the description above carefully, view the pictures provided, and email for any further pictures and questions.  Understanding what you are purchasing, condition etc avoids unhappy sales.

Australian Postage

Postage will be at actual cost, plus a small charge for packaging ($1.00) to help with cost of packing materials.  Items are posted the same day as payment received, except cheques which are subject to clearing (usually 3 working days).

Registration is Compulsory to comply with PayPal Protection Policy – So add $3.25 to postage costs to cover yourself.  Please email informing us you will be paying via PayPal so the invoice is correct.

Registration ($3.25) – Optional for all other sales but recommended for sales over $50.00.  Additional Insurance can be purchased and costs $A1.45 per extra $A100 cover or part thereof.

International Postage

This includes the cost of Registered Mail (in handling costs) as a PayPal Protection Policy requirement.  You may opt out of PayPal protection and reduce charges by $5.75.  Please email us if you do not require registration.

We are happy to combine items for postage saving you money.  So if you win multiple items please wait for our invoice prior to paying as the eBay generated invoice is usually more expensive.

Payment

Within 5 days please, unless agreement reached prior to bidding.

Australian Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) is the fastest, cheapest & easiest way, with payments clearing within 24 hours so you receive your item quickly.

Australian Money Orders are relatively quick, we cash immediately and post your parcel the same day.  However money orders do cost you the buyers.

Cheques are a slower option, as we have to wait for the cheque to clear, taking 3 working days.  We will post your item within 24 hours of the cheque clearing.

PayPal policy requires registration, so you end up paying more.

PayPal is the only option we provide for Overseas Buyers

Great care is taken with packing using boxes, bubble wrap/corrugated cardboard &/or lightweight filler.  See our feedback & bid with confidence.

About Us

We have both been collectors since childhood.  Over 35 years ago we started collecting treasures for our large early 1900's home.  In that time we have collected many things including, Australian Pottery, glass from the 1860’s onwards, egg cups, salt & peppers, chintz & blue and white china, cameras, linen, ... & anything we fell in love with that was interesting or quirky which we just had to have.

We have now retired and we are gradually culling many of our treasures, to move to a smaller home one day.  Our children are pleased, as they kept saying "haven't you got enough!!!"

As collectors & lovers of vintage treasures we know the importance of knowing what you buy gets to you safely, so we take EXTREME care when listing & packing items.
