Q.  do you have any additional sizes or styles available?

A.  Everything we have in stock can be found in our eBay store listings.    Our stock changes frequently, so if you cannot find the size or style you are looking for, please check back again in the near future.

Q. How can I identify my correct size?

A.  All of our shoes are title listed in US sizes, unless otherwise stated.   We also provide details of the UK, Euro and CM (centimetre) size.  The CM measurement of the shoes indicates its length.   The best way to be sure of the right shoe size for you is to use the size of an existing running shoe.  You can check the size of your old shoes in US, UK, Euro or centimetre measurements and compare it against the shoe in this listing. 

If you are unable to do this, you can work out your shoe size by using a pencil to trace an outline of your foot on to a sheet of paper.  Take the length measurement between the tip of the heel and the tip of the toe and then reduce this measurement by 5mm to take account of the space between your foot and the pencil.  Then apply the measurement of your foot to the tables below.

If you purchase a pair of our shoes and you find they do not fit you, you can always return the item in new condition for a full refund of the purchase price.  Postage costs, including of returning the item, must be borne by you. Please notify us by email before returning an item.  Return items must be notified to us within 14 days of you receiving the item.

Unfortunately, as an online seller, we do not provide facilities to view or try on our stock. 

Q. How long do I have to make payment?

A.  We appreciate prompt payment.  Payment for this item should be made within 7 days from the time the auction ends, or the buy-it-now purchase is made.  Please contact us as soon as possible (within 3 days) after purchase to indicate how you will make payment, if you have not made instant payment. 

Q. What happens if I don't pay within 7 days?

A.  Placing a bid creates a legally binding contract.   If payment is not received within 7 days of the end of the auction or buy-it-now sale, we will open an unpaid item dispute and the item will be re-listed.  An unpaid item strike will then be filed against the non-paying bidder.  The non-paying bidder will also be added to our Blocked Bidder List and will be unable to bid on our future items.  If you do not wish to proceed with the purchase of the item, you should urgently contact us to mutually agree to not proceed with the purchase and you will then be able to bid on our items in the future.

 Q. What method is used to post our items?

A. All items sent within Australia are sent via Australia Post Registered Post to Perth Metropolitan Area or via Australia Post Express Post to all other areas in Australia.   This is the safest method to ensure your valuable parcel gets to you in the quickest possible time.  It includes:

• Express Delivery (within 1 to 3 days of postage)
  
• A unique identification number on every parcel
• Proof of posting
• Signature on delivery
• Insurance cover for loss or damage up to AU$100.00.  (If you require additional insurance contact us for a quote.)

For New Zealand buyers, all items are sent via Australia Post Registered Post.

For all other international buyers, we welcome your business.  We use registered economy airmail or FedEx for express deliveries.  Prior to bidding, please email us your Country post or zip code for a quote, as our listing settings do not otherwise accept international bids.

We do not allow pick-up of items.

Q. How long will postage take?

A. We understand you want to receive you new shoes as soon as possible.  We dispatch your order within 24 hours of payment being received.  We sent Perth metro parcels by registered post and all other parcels by express post.  Delivery should be made within 1 to 3 business days following notification of postage. 

If you do not receive your item within 5 business days following notification of postage, please contact us and we will provide you with your tracking number to enable you to enquire on the progress of your parcel.  You will need to ring Australia Post on 13 13 18 and follow the prompts.

Q. Does the item come in the original box?

A.  All items come in the original box, unless noted in the auction.

A. Yes.  An advantage of buying from an Australian seller is that you are protected by Australian consumer protection laws.  You have the cost effective option of returning the product if you are dissatisfied for any reason.  If you wish to return the item purchased, we are happy to refund the purchase price on the item, only if the item is returned in original condition (we do not refund postage costs).  We require you to notify us of your intention to return (or exchange, if available) within 14 days of the sale date. 

In the case of returns (or exchange of stock, if available), you will be required to pay all postage costs involved.   We recommend that the item be return posted via registered post to ensure we receive the item.   An AU$5.00 re ‑stocking fee applies to all returns.
