· If for some reason you receive a defective item, please contact us immediately to receive and RMA number and you will be given instructions on how to return your item.
· Please notify us immediately after delivery if this item has been damaged during shipping. We will contact our shipping provider and open an insurance claim in order to provide you with a refund.
· Altering, physically damaging or misusing this item in any way may void your warranty.
Returns
If you have an item that you need to return, please contact us within 7 days after arrival to receive an RMA number. You will be given full instructions on how to return your item for an exchange or refund.
Your return must be within our possession no later than 30 days after your item your confirmed delivery. Any returns that arrive later than 30 days after your confirmed delivery may result in your return being rejected.
If you return a defective part that is found to be in working condition or would like to return an item for any reason other than DOA (dead on arrival) or a mistake made on our part, your return will be subject to a 20% restocking fee and the shipping charges will not be refunded.
Please note: No returns will be accepted without an RMA number or if you fail to contact us within the 7 day warranty period.
Payment:We Accept Paypal and Credit Cards. All buyers must contact us at the end of the auction if invoice trough ebay has not been received. Payments must be cleared no later than 7 days after the auction ends. NO feedback will be left to buyers who do not make their payment within this time period.
