Domestic Postage Costs per weight: (Please refer to postage table below). All parcels over 500 grams up to 20kg are sent by Australia Post EPARCEL service which includes free tracking. PO box addresses are welcome.

Maximum Allowable Weight: The maximum weight that can be sent by Australia Post is 20kg. We do not combine postage costs for orders weighing over 20 kg.

Postage costs for resins/herbs/oxides/micas/powders: Postage cost to Herbs that are NOT in powdered form cannot fit through the allowable Australia Post letter gauge width of 20mm, as they are sent in a thick padded bubble mailer envelope. Any herb in leaf (or resin) form cannot be posted for $1.65 and will be subject the the next weight charge of $6.50, which allows up to 500 grams of product weight.
Cosmetic oxides/micas, or calamine powder are classified as 'powder form'.

Domestic Delivery Timeframes: 

Please allow 3 to 7 business days domestic delivery timeframe. Delays of up to 14 days are common during the Christmas period, so please order ahead of time and be patient whilst awaiting delivery of your order.

Authority to Leave:

By purchasing any item(s) from us you provide Australia Post with the authority to leave your goods at your front door if nobody is home to sign on delivery. If you have an alternative place you would like your parcel left, eg back door/carport please advise us immediately.

International Postage:

(Please refer to postage cost table below) Items such as essential oils, dairy products, beeswax and nuts/seeds cannot be posted overseas.
