Return Policies

happy with our products and service. But for any reason, if you are not
satisfied with your purchase, please notify us within 7 days of
receipt and return it within 14 days of the ship date in original
condition (in a re-saleable condition)
for a refund of the selling price of the product (that means the total
price less original Packing and Postage Charges.) or exchange an
equivalent price replacement. If the product is defective or incorrect, full
refund including original Packing and Postage charge or a replacement will
be offered.
- For all returns,
buyers must contact us via email to obtain our indicated UK return address
and request a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA), and
do follow our return item process before post the item back to us.
- Returned items must be in the original condition (All accessories parts must included in original
package and in a
re-saleable condition), must be not used or
altered, and should be returned with your
ebay ID and Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA).
- Refund or replacement will ONLY be

orders placed before 1am at night will be dispatched in 1-2 working days
