WARRANTY:
This product comes with a 20 Year Warranty which covers all parts and labour. If your product develops a fault due to normal use we will repair the item with replacement parts as required.
The warranty is a return to base warranty, meaning that any faulty items must be returned to us with shipping charges prepaid. We cannot accept COD or unpaid deliveries. Cheap Sheds will then return the repaired item to you with return shipping charges prepaid. For larger items, the buyer can opt to return any faulty parts in exchange for new ones. Where an item cannot be repaired, a replacement item will be sent.
Approval to return an item under warranty must be granted before an item is returned. This warranty does not cover transit damage or damage caused by neglect or misuse of the product. This includes not using the item within it's recommended limits, or not adhering to the recommended usage guidelines contained within the product user guide.

Hi, just went to Paypal and paid the bill. Not sure if you have thought of this or if it is at all possible, but there is a huge need within eBay for improved customer relations and more importantly the simple education of sellers within the eBay market on the best way to service their customers and provide perfect service. I've been on the planet for a long time and bought and sold a lot on eBay and have experienced all points of the compass when it comes to dealing. NOW I am not trying to piss in you pocket (excuse the French) but you have something totally different for a seller. I just can't believe how easy all this has been....you need to write a book on how to do it and sell it on eBay....That's it.....I've said my bit...and getting into trouble cause dinner is getting cold.
