Things you need to know before purchasing:
Postage and Packing: Postage will be as stated on this listing. If you buy 2 or more items from us you can benefit from discounted shipping rates. All items must be purchased within 7 days of each other & combined through ebay before any payment is made. If you are having trouble combining the items please email us for an invoice through ebay.
Postage rates quoted include packaging, labour, sundries and VAT where applicable.
Use Buy-It-Now and pay by Paypal using your debit or credit card and we'll dispatch your purchase the same or next working day. Delivery is usually by Royal Mail, although any large bulky purchases may be delivered by Courier. Although most post is delivered within 2-3 days we cannot be held responsible for delays in the post unless a guaranteed service (ie Special Delivery) is selected and paid for. We would always recommend using this option for time sensitive orders.
We operate on a MAIL ORDER ONLY basis - no collections are possible.
International Orders: We can combine most international orders though there may be restrictions due to weight or size. Large/heavy items may not be able to be combined due to shipping limitations.
ITEMS DELAYED AND LOST IN TRANSIT
Whilst we endeavour to dispatch your order promptly, delivery is provided by Royal Mail in many instances and delays do sometimes occur. Please note that as many of our packages are too large to be posted through residential letter boxes, many will be held at your local sorting office for you to collect. We therefore ask that if you feel an excessive time has passed, you check with near neighbours (post officers often deliver "next door" if they call when you are out) and your local sorting office to check if an item has been held for you.
Many postal workers do not leave cards if you are out, they should but often do not. Either that or the cards get mixed with flyers and leaflets and are not found. The Post Office Sorting Offices will sometimes confirm that they have a package waiting for you by telephone but most will only provide information in person if you present ID with the same address - this is to protect the mail and prevent fraud.
Due to the way the post works, the Royal Mail will not accept that a package has gone missing until 15 working days after posting. International items have longer waiting times depending on the destination and local postal guidelines.
Let Us Know: In the event that you have checked with neighbours and the sorting office, and no trace can be found of the package, please contact us and we will look into it. If it appears that the package has been lost in transit we will forward to you a document for you to sign to confirm that you have not received the package, and once we receive this back from you a duplicate order will be dispatched. If a refund, rather than a replacement, is required, we must wait until the post office have completed their investigation, after which we will credit the value of any lost goods to your card / paypal account.
General Terms and Conditions of Sale
Rejected/Frozen or Reclaimed Paypal Payments: Should you or paypal reverse a payment that you have made without our prior agreement, we will in the first instance contact you offering alternative payment methods. In the event that we do not receive payment from you, or you do not reply to our requests for payment, we reserve the right to instigate money claim procedures against the occupants of the delivery address where the goods were dispatched to or to sell the debt to a collection agency.
Emails: Contact us via the Ask a question link on any of our sales pages for a fast and honest answer to any questions you may have though please do not ask detailed questions about how a particular trick works as much of the value is in the method.
Phone Payments: Credit/debit card payments can be accepted over the phone. Select ‘other credit card services’ during ebay checkout for details or email us through ebay.
All goods will be shipped with a detailed retail receipt, please retain this for goods covered by warranty as without a receipt showing the goods and suppliers address some manufacturers may not honour such warranties. Items may only be returned if accompanied by the original receipt.
Return policy details
RETURNS POLICY We take every care to make sure that your item reaches you in perfect condition. Although problems/returns are very rare we are dedicated to dealing with them promptly and with understanding. Returns must be authorised prior to shipping them back to us. See below for details. All returns must be accompanied by the invoice which was sent with the order. ALL RETURNS: As per the current UK Distance Selling regulations, intention to return goods may be given at any time up to 7 days after you receive them. Please notify us by email. Once authorised you have a further 7 days to return the item to us (21 days for overseas customers). The item must be returned in the same condition that it was received in. EXCEPTIONS: Once opened, CDs and DVDs (and magic tricks containing them) can only be returned if they are faulty. We will replace them with another copy of the same title. Other items may not be returnable for other reasons (eg hygiene) unless faulty. If this is the case it will be stated in the listing details. If the same item is not available we will issue a refund. The Distance selling Regulations do not apply to auctions (including ebay auctions) and Business to Business (B2B) transactions. Any bulk listing indicating that it is a wholesale deal will be deemed to be a B2B transaction. Returns for these transactions will only be considered in the case of any items damaged in transit. DAMAGED ITEMS: If an item is received damaged we will replace it. Please ensure that all parts of the product (including postal packaging) are present where at all possible. If a replacement is not available we will issue a full refund or credit note. Refunds will not be given for products which have been damaged by misuse. Our maximum refund will not exceed the total price paid for the goods. We will, on request, refund your reasonable return costs. NON FAULTY GOODS We will accept a return at your expense and give you a refund to the value of the goods purchased as long as the notification and return is carried out under the timescales specified under ‘ALL RETURNS’ above. You have a duty to ensure that the item (including all packaging, certificates etc) is in mint condition, specifically that no parts are missing and all factory sealed bags/liners are still sealed. The goods remain your responsibility until they are received at our offices, so please obtain proof of posting so that a claim may be made with the post office should they lose your package. If the product has been used rather than simply opened and examined, we will reduce the refund accordingly. We will refund on receipt of the product at our offices. AUTHORISATION: Any items returned for any reason without authorisation will be refused. Please notify us by filing a return request through ebay within 7 days of receipt of your item stating the reason for wanting to return the item specifying the damage (if any) etc. We will respond to your request as soon as possible (please allow 1 working day). You then have a further 7 days to return the item to us. This makes a total of 14 days. For customers outside Europe the item must be returned within 21 days making a total of 28 days.
