We are in Huntingdale, Victoria. Please provide proof of purchase when picking up your item, you cannot just turn up unannounced. Also note that in some cases pick up may not be available straight way - due to low stocks, Pick ups are cash & carry only AND must be completed within 3-days from close of auction.

I received the item purchased from you and it has been damaged in transit
Pay insurance as said under description and if the answer is yes then we can help. All items purchased online are subject to courier handling damage, this is a pain sometimes.

Check the items description for payment instructions, ask us a question when delivery time has expired, make sure somebody is home all day at the delivery address said in your Ebay during business hours
