PLEASE NOTE: We advise to allow 1-14 working days for delivery on Interstate orders as a worst case scenario. We will advise you of the approximate delivery time frame when we ship your order, but you must always allow 14 business days as a worst case scenario, especially during peak seasons such as Christmas.
If the delivery is to be in Metro Melbourne areas we will contact you to request a convenient delivery date, this will be a PM afternoon delivery slot between the hours of 12:30pm & 6:00pm. No specific times are available.
For Regional areas of VIC, we use a regional carrier, this is usually a next working day service. We will advise you of shipment of your order via email or ebay messages. ON ALL INTERSTATE DELIVERIES - Our carrier will contact you via the email address supplied with your order. Via the carriers online website you will then be able to stipulate the first available weekday delivery date for your order. This is booked online and you arrange this directly with the carrier not us.
It is the customers responsibility to track their order(s) and be at the delivery address on the day of delivery as booked with our carriers.
Please note that all deliveries are to the front door step of a ground floor dwelling only. Please also note that on larger assembled items the carrier driver will require assistance unloading the goods from the vehicle as per the item description and listing information and as per our shipping terms and conditions. If assistance is not available, then a tail lift truck may be required to deliver the goods. A quote for this will be provided at that time, and must be paid for prior to any delivery being made.
We cannot deliver to PO boxes under any circumstances.
Our carriers will not deliver upstairs, up steps or via lifts. Delivery is to a ground floor doorstep only.
To protect our customers, we can only offer shipping to the cardholders address, which will be verified during the transaction. All items must be checked and signed for. If the items are damaged in any way the delivery must be signed for as damaged and we must be notified of the damage immediately. We cover all damages provided we are notified within 24 hours of the item(s) being delivered. Photographic evidence will need to be supplied.
Please do not discard or destroy the original packaging until the items have been checked. this will be needed to re-pack the items(s) for collection by the carriers. we cannot collect damaged items where the packaging is not sufficient for the return journey.
All deliveries will be made during office hours only, no weekend or after hours deliveries can be made.We do not deliver on public holidays.
Any items returned to us as non deliverable will incur a re-delivery fee.

All collections are currently from our Melbourne warehouse. Address is: 26 Green Street, Thomastown, VIC, 3074. Warehouse opening hours are Monday-Friday 09:30am -12:30pm 1:00pm - 3:00pm (closed public holidays) We will require proof of ID and or a copy of the sales Invoice that we emailed directly to you. Please note we cannot accept third party carriers collecting orders unless the order has been paid for by bank transfer and cleared funds have been received with no exceptions. Payment can be made via the websites, over the telephone or in person at the warehouse. eBay orders MUST be paid for prior to collection.
Returns and Refunds

We also recommend you immediately inspect any goods that we deliver to you or that you collect, to ensure you are completely satisfied with the goods, including that the goods are of acceptable quality, and match the description we have provided to you.
Please choose carefully as refunds are not normally provided where you have simply changed your mind, made a wrong selection or simply found the goods cheaper elsewhere.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian consumer law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

The receiver is also required to supply supporting photograph evidence of the packaging and damaged area. Do not discard packaging material and damaged parts as they may need to be inspected by the transport company.
In all cases, the goods MUST be Inspected at the point of delivery, if the goods are signed for in "good condition" then any damage claims cannot be upheld, nor will replacement products or refunds be issued. If any items are damaged, delivery of that Item(s) can be refused or MUST be marked on the carriers records as DAMAGED. No Exceptions.
In the event of reported damages, and provided the order has been delivered to an area we will collect from under our terms and conditions* We will arrange a carrier collection on a date to suit you, this has to be a business day. We need someone to be at the address for the whole day as we cannot specify a specific delivery time. This is at no cost to the customer in the event of receiving damaged goods, provided all of our delivery terms and conditions have been met. If no-one is at the address when the carrier calls, any further carrier bookings or collections will either need to be paid for by the customer in advance or the customer will need to arrange their own product(s) return via their own carrier.
We will email you the carrier consignment collection paperwork. This must be printed out and attached to the cartons being returned.
*Please note: We reserve the right to not collect damaged items. We will in accordance with our terms and conditions replace damaged items, however the damaged items may need to be kept/discarded by the customer in some cases due to high freight collection costs. We will advise on a case by case basis. The customer agrees to be bound by these delivery conditions upon placement of order by any method.
All refunds, either part or in full, will only be issued once the damaged, incorrect or faulty Items are received back at our warehouse and have been booked in and Inspected. We cannot refund any part of an order until the goods have been received back under any circumstances..
If you have collected or are collecting products from our warehouse in person, any transit damage is at your own risk. We cannot accept any responsibility for items damaged in transit that have been collected in person. You are welcome to Inspect the Items before taking away. All orders will require to be signed for in good condition. If customers wish to remove protective packaging to enable them to transport the products, we accept no responsibility for any damages once they leave the warehouse.
Any issues regarding faulty, incorrectly supplied or damaged orders that have been colected must be returned to the warehouse by the customer.

Returns IIf you are not happy with your purchase for any reason you can return it to us and we will refund you with the amount paid for the item(s) only. Returns must be notified to us within 7 days of receiving any items and they must be unused, as new, free from defects and returned in their original packaging Intact along with all parts and Instructions etc. We may in certain circumstances and at our descretion, substitute an item that has been returned in less than new condition and or the packaging is no longer as new and Intact, however the original purchased item will be subject to a minimum 25% re-stocking charge. In all instances the item must be undamaged and free from defects with all Instructions and parts. This will be judged on a case by case basis. Due to hygiene reasons we are unable to accept back any mattresses that have been removed from the original packaging. Regretfully we also cannot accept back self assembly items, once they have been removed from the packaging and/or part or fully assembled, unless they do not comply with the description given, are faulty, or are not fit for any stated purpose. Once we have received any returned items and checked them we will refund your money, less any shipping costs, restocking fees and or reductions applied, only if the Item is received in original intact packaging as new and in an undamaged re-saleable condition. Damaged items will not be eligible for a refund. Returns Procedure Please contact us in writing within 7 days to let us know you are returning any items. We will need to know your order reference, the model name and size of the model you are returning and the date you ordered. You must deliver the goods back to our warehouse. (Address will be provided with the Returns Number) In all instances, any returns will require a returns number. This will be issued by our customer service team. The number MUST be clearly marked on the outer packaging of the item(s) to be returned. We cannot accept delivery of any returned items that do not have a returns number issued by us and not marked clearly on the box. Please note this returns policy does not apply to items that have been specifically tailored to your requirements or special order items which may be subject to a 50% restocking fee. Return costs are to be the buyers responsibility and our standard returns criteria and procedures apply at all times.
