This is for a Antique 1870's circa U.S.G.S. (United States Geological Survey) Art Lithograph called "Jackson Mine - Looking West in No.1 Pit ". This lithograph is in good used conditon. It has frayed edges. It has foxing and yellowing. It was not removed from the frame. It appears as if it may have come from a book or binder. It was placed in this frame by the previous owner. The handwritten description was added by previous owner sometime in the past. This lithograph plate is original, it is not a copy. The lithograph is marked "Jackson Mine-Looking West in No.1 Pit, Photo by Childs, J.Bien, lith.".
