I like this phone because it's small (not the size a tablet), The iphone 4s takes really clear pictures and videos. This is a really easy phone to use. Love it and recommend it.

Purchased a 4s 32gb iPhone. Was informed the next day that this phone was no longer available, but a 5s 16gb could be supplied instead. After being informed phone was in great working order, agreed to get this product. Within first 24 hours, phone battery has run flat 3 times. Now have to spend more money getting a new battery fitted.

I did not know whether I needed an iPhone or Ipad. Then relatives arrived with an iPad and I bought both. iPad was no problem, but iPhone used all my prepaid credit in no time. Since then I have learnt to swich off data use when not wanting to go on internet. Most important was to buy plus pack of data from Telstra. Before that it cost me $55 to download Skype, $49 to look at the maps for a while during the afternoon. I also had a lot of problems unlocking the phone from Vodaphone. It was advertised as unlocked, otherwise I would not have bought it. After many visits to Telstra, Vodaphone, Apple, Telstra, Vodaphone, Telstra....Finaly in a large Vodaphone office somone activated the phone for me,,then things finaly got moving. I do find the phone a bit heavier than I'm used to. I tend to leave it home more than my old phone.Read full review

I bought the product because I had an iPhone 3s and knew the technology but wanted something a little newer since my old one had poor reception and now no longer works. I like siri and have used it a couple of times, it has some troubles with the Australian accent and didn't know how to connect bluetooth. However it is generally good to use and easy administer. My boyfriend has a HTC and has had a few issues with the phone, it may just be the phone it's self but it was enough for me to stick with a product I know.
