Battery life not so good,it may be just my own phone.as far as functionality brilliant.it is always with me.im not very tech wise,but this phone is amazing.i have discovered a whole new world in the internet.perfect fone for anybody who's like me.8out of ten.only negative is battery life.i love my phone.its the key to surfing the web 👍👌

Bought for my elderly mother. This phone is ok but I'm just not convinced it's genuine Apple. With my previous iPhone 5 you could increase the size of the settings text and you could put the new phone next to the old one and set it up. The clarity of the screen is poor. There is no sim release pin and the box was like paper rather than card. In addition to this the software can't be updated so apps like Youtube cannot be updated/used. If it a copy it's a very good one but I certainly smell a rat.

Visually the product is in great condition, not a scratch on it. I have upgraded from 16GB to 32 here, my only slight disappointment is the battery life, but iphone5s have never been brilliant, so overall very pleased.

Very good gadget to own, easy to use. good battery life. nice screen and reasonable size. excellent camera, with panoramic use too. charging time is around 30 to 45mins which is quite good. speaker sound is normal. flash light bright enough.
There’s nothing wrong with this phone. I know i said it has a long battery life but sometimes it hasn’t. This may be due to the high temp we’ve had of late I don’t know. But the phone has been a god send
