Payment is required strictly within 7 days of committing to buy the item. After this period if payment has not been received, an unpaid item case will be automatically opened by ebay's unpaid item assistant to recover the ebay final value fees we are charged on the sale.

Postage Information

We use Australia Post and selected couriers to transport your consignments.

We offer 3 different postage methods for most orders:

1. Regular/Standard Post- Delivery in 3-7 business days. No tracking information provided.

2. Registered Post- Delivery in 3-7 business days. Tracking information provided.

3. Express Post- Delivery in 1-3 business days. Tracking information provided.

Dispatch Time

Most orders are dispatched within 24-72 hours (weekends and public holidays excluded).

Very rarely due to unexpected overwhelming demand or delays in re-supply or customs clearance of imports, we may experience stock shortages on certain items. If you have placed an order and this is the case, we will advise you as soon as possible and offer an estimated delivery time, alternative or refund. Most items can be re-supplied within 48 hours.

If you aren't satisfied with your purchase for any reason, or if it is faulty, damaged or even just the wrong size or colour, we can offer a refund or exchange for up to 30 days from the date of purchase. In addition, for your peace of mind, we offer free return postage* of your item to our store.

If your item has been damaged during transit, please take photos of the item and do not discard any parts. We may ask you to show evidence of this damage via email, and send any broken parts back in the return parcel.

If you need to return your item, please contact us with the reason for your return, and await our instructions for the return process. Please package the item in a secure box, with cushioned packaging to avoid any damage in the return shipping process. We will email you a return shipping label to affix to the outer box, which you can then lodge at any local post office. Please note that any damage that occurs to the item in the return shipping process may void the 30 day refund policy.

Refunds are only provided for items that are returned in new, unopened, undamaged, perfect resaleable condition. Please do not send back your item if it has been opened, used or damaged in any way as a refund will be declined. We reserve the right to refuse a refund in any circumstance.

We reserve the right to refer issues with certain purchases to the manufacturer's customer support service where the manufacturer has asked us to handle complaints in this manner for their items.

*Our refund and free returns policy is limited to the first return for an order only, and not associated subsequent returns. The free return policy is limited to one free return per person per 30 day period.

In the event a refund is granted for change of mind, the initial postage fee or a reasonable postage fee for items marked "free postage" will be deducted from the refund amount given. Purchase of this item signifies your understanding and acceptance of these terms and conditions.
