This auction is for a reprint of a operating manual for a Asplundh brush chipper.  I bought a used asplundh chipper years ago and was never able to find a manual for it.  Recently I bought a piece of forestry equipment and it had this manual in it.  I have had it reprinted so that you can buy it for your chipper.

The manual is for a JEX series Asplundh woodchipper.  These are the older style chippers that do not have self feeding feed wheels on them.

If you have a JEY series chipper, check out my other items on ebay as I am selling manuals for them as well.

I also have on ebay a reprint of the really, really, really old asplundh chippers that do not have the air blower and hose assembly on the side of the flywheel.

The manual has complete parts breakdowns and diagrams for both 12 inch and 16 inch chippers.

It has a great section on how to properly change and adjust the blades.  I wish I would have had a manual of that when I owned that chipper!  It also includes information on setting the bed knife which is usually what is wrong with a chipper when the wood will not feed in easily.

The manual was in good clean condition and it reproduced well.  It was not all smudged up like most are!
 
I had a local print shop do the reproduction of the manual.  It is not some cheap copy.  There is another one of these being sold on ebay by another person and guess where he got it?  He bought it from me and then just recopied it.  So if you buy his, you are buying a copy of a copy of a copy!

It has 12 pages and is full of useful parts breakdowns and instructions for operting one of these chippers.
