This is an Astron RS-12A Power Supply for Amateur HAM and CB Radio. The specifications are: 13.8 VDC; 9A Cont; 12A ICS 50% Duty Cycle; 115 VAC; 60 Hertz; 300 Watts. The fuse is 3 AMP. I tested this with a multimeter and it does work well. The cord has had the ground prong removed :(.
