All products come with 30 day back-to-base warranty. That means Buyer has to send the product back to us at Buyer's expense within 30 days, and we will send the replacement product to the buyer at our expense. If the product is in any way misrepresented or faulty we will replace it, or if a suitable item is not available a full refund will be given of the cost of the item. Postage costs can not be refunded. The product must be returned to us within 7 Days, in the same condition as it was sent, if the refund is sought. If the product is returned because Buyer changed his or her mind or bought the wrong product restocking fee of A$30.00 will be deducted from the refund amount.
