LOST ITEMS. Although I post out very quickly and quote reasonable delivery times... every so often I get let down by the postal system and a parcel goes missing. More often then not as the items I sell are quite bulky they won't fit through a standard letter box.. So the parcel may have been left with a neighbour.. or returned back to the local mail distribution centre.. Once you've reported to me the non delivery of an item I will ask you to provide me with the telephone number or address of the local mail delivery centre .. I will call them on your behalf to see if the parcel is either awaiting collection.. or to be returned to me. If it is.. the we can resolve instantly... All faulty goods must be returned within 7 working days to recieve a full refund. Items that are bought in error can be returned for refund within 7 days for refund excluding the postage cost to send the item even if it is listed as P&P free as you can appreciate it is not for me
