Motor Features

Construction, The actuator is constructed from galvanized steel structure inside and the external body is powder coated to avoid corrosion and rust.
Heavy Duty Operator The actuator supplied is heavy duty and able to open/close a 4m gate with maximuim weight of 250kg.
Motor wires: The actuator is pre-wired with a 2 core heavy duty cable, this cable is ready to connect to the motor input in the control panel.
Limit restrictor, The actuator is fitted with a limit restrictor (see picture below), the limit restrictor can be used for adjusting the opening or the closing of the gate.
Manual Override, The actuator is fitted with a key switch (see picture below), to allow a manual usage of the gate in an emergency situation.
Opening angles:

Opening inward angle 90º and up to 120º

Opening outward angle 90º and up to 120º

APC-CB12 Control Panel

External casing, Weatherproof, plastic casing with weather seal, easy to install and easy with swing to open hinged front cover.
Control board, The control board is an easy to connect and easy to set up, all the terminal connectors are a plug in type, (remove, connect the wire to it and plug back in).
Power supplies: The system is supplied with an internal 15V AC transformer.
Furthermore the control board has a built in solar regulator with a solar panel connection, this means that it can run on DC, AC or SOLAR.
Battery backup, The control panel is fitted with 1 x 5Ah battery.
Automatic close, an automatic closing time is adjustable via a dip switch and one of the Red trimmers.
Warning light / Buzzer output during operation: The light (if connected) will switch on while the gate is opening and will stay on until the gate is closed.
Electric Lock output: This output will provide 12VDC for up to 5 seconds allowing the electric lock to open.
Photo Electric Sensor output: This allows for connection of PE sensor.
Controlling input: This allows for connection of keypad, push buttons switches, automatic opening sensors or an intercom with dry contact output.

The control board is fitted with very important LED's indicators designed to show the actual status of operation making installation and trouble shooting much easier, please see the following.
Gate closing: Red LED's are on
Gate opening: Green LED's are on
PE sensor loop: Orange LED is on when the PE sensor loop is completed
PB1 (push button 1): Orange LED is on when this input is used and the switch is triggered
PB2 (push button 2): Orange LED is on when this input is used and the switch is triggered
Lock: Orange LED is on when the lock is activated
Warning light / Buzzer: Orange LED is on when the light circuit is running.
Built-in Receiver Channel 1 & 2: Orange LED's are on if the receiver is working correctly.
Remote control Channel 1 & 2: Green LED's are on if the the remote control is programmed to the receiver.

APC-RC4SS Remote Control
	Remote control Rolling code security coding, 433MHZ, 4 buttons on the remote allowing to open one gate, 2 gates and garage doors (a receiver is available on request, this will allow matching the garage door to this remote control). Note: The remote control has a anti-trigger sliding face 2 Remotes controls are supplied, more available on request.

Note: The gate can also be operated by an intercom system with opening/unlocking function with dry contacts output (NO VOLTAGE).
