Avatar: The Legend of Aang is a video game for European markets which is also titled Avatar: The Last Airbender for North American gamers. The storyline of this Sony PlayStation 2 video game revolves around the all-powerful Avatar, who wields supreme control over four elements. The four characters in this Sony PlayStation 2 video game represent the four elements of nature, namely earth, water, air, and fire and each character has telekinetic powers to bend certain elements. Only Avatar can harness the powers to bend all four elements in order to bring about peace and harmony. The Avatar in this action-adventure game is 12-year-old Aang, the air bender, and the story revolves around the Avatar and three friends, Katara the water bender, Sokka, and Haru all working together to combat the evil Fire Nation. The player can control one of the four characters of Aang, Sokka, Katara, or Haru, as well as Momo the flying lemur. The D-Pad switch enables choosing another central character on Avatar: The Legend of Aang. Moves such as block or attack, an intuitive RPG system to enhance the abilities of the character and to equip him or her during gameplays, and the ability to unlock four new moves as levels advance are some interesting features in this action-adventure game.
