In 1886 the first saws, which would later become Bahco branded, were manufactured in Sweden. Delivery
All parcels under 20kg and/or shorter than 1 meter will be shipped using Australia Post mail or Couriers Please.
Insurance is optional and will be added into postage costs.
All parcels above 22kg and/or longer than 1 meter will be sent using a courier company of our choice.
Parcels heavier than 22kg and/or longer than 1 meter cannot be delivered to PO Box addresses.
Please supply a street address for delivery using the Checkout.
Goods are shipped once payment is received in full.
Transport companies will generally call prior to delivery to arrange a suitable time.
We strongly advise all customers that they provide a mobile contact number for couriers to call
and provide a delivery address where someone is available to sign for the goods during business hours.
All courier companies will attempt delivery of your goods once. Tools r us is not responsible for second deliveries.
All second deliveries need to be directly organized with the courier company
and paid for before goods are delivered but in most cases redelivery is free .
As Tools R Us has no control over goods once they depart our premises
we cannot accept liability for losses or damage during delivery.
As per our terms and conditions of sale, we will dispatch all items within 2 days of payment.
If no one is home when delivery is being attempted, a note will be left in you letter box.
You will be able to make arrangements with the transport company to collect the goods.
Tools R Us is not responsible for second deliveries and any associated fees for the redelivery.
If the item was sent via Australia Post, the item will be available for collection from your local post office or upon .
Tools R Us is in no way responsible for shipping delays once goods have left our premises.
Though most delivery delays are out of our control,
we are More Than Happy to directly attend to any freight problems.
A signature is required for all courier deliveries.

Warranty & Returns Policy

Warranty Periods
All products are covered by a nationwide manufacturer's warranty.
The duration of the warranty period is specified on each product listing and differs from manufacturer to manufacturer.
For further information regarding the manufacturer's terms and conditions, please visit the relevant company's website.
Alternatively, most manufacturer's have warranty agents around Australia and goods can be taken to these agents for repair.
Please retain your invoice as proof of purchase.
No special consideration will be given to claims placed outside of the warranty period and direct contact will need to be made with the relevant manufacturer.
