Warranty terms and conditions :
All Fishing Direct products have a 12 month warranty against manufacturing defects unless otherwise stated.
Any work carried out by an unauthorized repairer will result in the warranty being voided.
If you have received a product which is faulty or damaged, please contact Fishing direct immediately to organise return of your product.
Items will not be accepted unless you have contacted Fishing Direct beforehand. All returns must be made within 30 days from date of contact.
All items are to be returned in their original packaging. If you have received the wrong item it must be returned to us in new saleable condition.
All postage costs are the responsibility of the purchaser. Postage costs are non refundable, regardless of the reason for return.
In the event of an unwanted item we may issue a refund. Refunds will only be issued once the item has been returned and shipping costs will not be refunded. All refunds will incur a 20% restocking fee.
Items will be dispatched within 24 hours of receiving payment. Please remember to include your EBAY USER ID OR ITEM NUMBER when making payment.
