Our Shipping is calculated on actual postage costs.  We also take extra care in packing your parcels.  So you recieve you goods as you expect.

NOTE!  We need your telephone number for the courier services to accept you parcels.

NOTE!  WE DO NOT POST TO PO BOXES.  We will need an actual address.   It is a good idea to have goods delivered to your work as you may need to sign for them.

Pick up is also welcome

Postal Insurance

Postage Cost specified for shipping any of the product do NOT include shipping transit insurance. Transit Damage insurance is recommended and is an extra option available.  We believe it is great value and well worth the peace of mind. If you choose to NOT take out insurance YOU are assuming all responsibility if the item is damaged or lost during transit. Please send us a note advising that you would like to add the insurance and we will adjust your invoice prior to payment.

Glass products are not covered by postal insurance. However we do our best to safely pack glass products so they arrive to you unbroken.

Returns

Customer satisfaction is primary in our business and we realise from time to time a customer may wish to return a product after purchase. Each item is sold with a full money back guarantee (excluding shipping & handling charges) if returned unopened and with all original packaging within 7 days.  We do not return Glass products
