Our customer guarantee is that you can return your items within 14 days of receipt for the following reasons only:
1. Items are found to be DEFECTIVE.
2. Items delivered are NOT the goods ordered (please note incorrect item must not be opened and keep in its original packaging and factory sealed).
Products MUST be returned in the original packaging. Original condition means factory sealed, unopened, unused, and brand new. Otherwise, buyer will have to pay for have the item return and a refund will not be issued. Original shipping fees are non-refundable and return shipping cost is pay by the buyer. All returns must be authorized and approved by ToyArena.com. All return requests must be made within 7 days after receiving order. We can only offer an exchange once we received the product. Return must be postmarked within 21 days. When returning product, we recommend purchasing insurance. We are not responsible for any damage or lost during transit. If item was purchased and doesn't fall under any of the above reasons and you wish to return the item for a refund, a 20% restocking fee of the total value will apply.
