All orders that have been received as an ‘eCheque’ through PayPal will not be posted until payment has cleared (PayPal advise eCheques normally clear within 5-7 working days). Please allow time for this to clear and adjust expected delivery times accordingly.
Postage & Shipping
We use Australia Post for delivery.
If you have any special requests or delivery requirements please contact us. We will be happy to help and will always do our best to accommodate your request.
Your order will be shipped to your confirmed address. Please make sure your postal details are correct and up to date, as this is where your item will be sent.
We are not held responsible if an item is posted without a house number or missing information and/or if the item becomes lost as a result.
We professionally and securely wrap your parcel in order to minimise any potential damage during transit. Please keep in mind when considering shipping cost.
We are always more than happy to combine postage.
Simply select the items you wish to purchase by clicking the 'Buy It Now' button in each listing but don't pay for them. Once you purchase all of the items that you would like please request or await an invoice from us before completing the checkout. (We will send you an updated invoice with reduced shipping cost.)
Once we have sent you a combined invoice you can proceed to pay for the invoice with the discounted postage.
Unfortunately we are unable to sent you combine invoice once you have completed the checkout or once you have paid.
Please Note: Combine postage isn't always possible as a multiple order can cost the same or even more as sending several things individually, but we will try our best to save you money, if we can. Delivery cost depends on total weight of parcel and destination. Please let us know what you would like to purchase and a postage cost will be emailed to you.

For international orders, please allow 2-4 weeks for air mail delivery (on rare occasions, international delivery can take up to 6 weeks). International customers will be responsible for any import duties, taxes or any other import related costs.
