If the item is not to your liking, return the item within 14 days of purchase including all original packaging, tags and labels for either a replacement or full refund of the item price. Shipping costs will not be refunded unless we have made a mistake (wrong item, wrong size, incorrect description, damaged goods).
No refund/exchange will be given for items that have been worn, washed, have tags/labels missing, have missing packaging or have visible signs of wear. Items should be in an "as new" condition.
No refund of shipping costs where a buyer decides to return a product due to personal preference (i.e. it's not damaged/faulty in any way). All shipping costs in this instance must be covered by the customer.
In the very rare instance that you receive damaged, faulty or incorrect item of clothing we will cover any/all shipping costs you may incur.
For health/legal reasons we cannot exchange/refund underwear or sock purchases unless the items were damaged or faulty upon delivery. All other items in our store are covered by our full returns policy.
