Bob Dylan's best album? That's my rating - but almost certainly, essential listening.
Only the first Holland pressing had the original liner notes by Pete Hamill on the back cover (printed in black letters as on the 1st US pressing).
This is the original Dutch CBS 'One Eye' 1st pressing.

The vinyl looks amazing and sounds great, but with some light noise (crackles/tics) on quieter tracks ('Simple Twist of Fate' for example).
Some impression marks around the spindle on both labels Side A and Side B.
Will have to grade it a VG because of these.
The cover is pretty good, with original thick bordeaux inner sleeve included.
Tiny tears and rubs along the spine and edges on the cover, but still square, and a good non-compacted spine.
Markings/impressions on front and back, but no ring wear detectable.
Overall, very presentable indeed and a solid VG+.

I use the Goldmine Price Guide to determine the grade of all my records. I strive to PLAY grade all records as accurately as possible
The following is Goldmine's description of grades:
Mint (M) = No scuffs or scratches, blotches or stains, labels or writing, tears or splits; nothing!
Mint minus (M-) = one tiny problem, not major. Hard to find unless you look very hard.
Near Mint (NM) = A record or cover that is otherwise Mint but has one or two tiny, inconsequential flaws that do not affect play, and don't look too bad.
Very Good Plus (VG+) = Record or cover has been handled and played either infrequently or very carefully. That is an item obviously not perfect, but not too far from it.
On a disc, this could mean that there are light paper scuffs from sliding in and out of a paper sleeve, or the vinyl may have lost some but not all of it's original luster. Cover will have light ring wear, or tiny splits, or bends, but not all three!
Very Good (VG) = Record and cover will display visible signs of handling and playing, such as loss of vinyl luster, light surface scratches, groove wear, and spindle trails from countless spins on the turntable, or the cover will have bends, tears, splits, marks, ring wear or a combo of three or more of these. A VG record looks like it will have some audible surface noise when it is played, although any such noise should not overwhelm the musical experience. The cover will still look OK overall and one you would be proud to display, despite it's flaws.
