listed an item as ‘pick-up” it is probably because the item is unpackaged or
difficult to freight.
We understand this may
present difficulties for some buyers. As an option, buyers may contact our
local Pack & Send and request a quote to pack and deliver the item, the
cost is typically more expensive than Post but the savings may still prove

As we can take no responsibility for the security of items
delivered by courier we strongly recommend buyers take out the insurance

per item will apply for customers requesting pick-ups from our warehouse ( for
deliverable items only ), this fee is capped at $20 max.
we get many requests for tracking numbers. These
are time consuming and mostly unnecessary, please allow 7 working days post
payment before requesting a tracking number.
