BRUCE SPRINGSTEEN UNDER REVIEW 1978-1982 Tales of the Working Man DVD

Must-have for fans of Music Legends
Tales of the Working Man is a revealing document of a five year period when The Boss made three classic albums - Darkness on the Edge of Town, The River, and Nebraska.
Springsteen consolidated his focus on working-class life with the 20-song double album The River in 1980, which yielded his first hit Top Ten single, "Hungry Heart", but contrasted good-time party rockers with emotionally intense ballads.
In 1982, the stark solo acoustic album, Nebraska, was a unique down-tempo record produced in Springsteen's home; but it was at this time that The Boss wrote the forthcoming classics "Born in the U.S.A." and "Glory Days".
A celebration of Springsteen’s fertile period in the years after he released the breakthrough Born to Run, this insightful documentary is filled with archival performance footage, rare photographs and interviews with rock journalists and musicians who discuss a seminal stanza in Springsteen's career.
