 POSTAGE / DELIVERY

Orders placed before 4:00 pm are dispatched same day, where stated items will be sent out using next day courier to mainland UK, lesser expensive items can be sent using first class post to reduce postage costs however we can not offer any insurance for none delivery if you choose the standard first class (i.e uninsured) option. Please note that certain remote areas (Highlands & Islands) and Northern Ireland are not covered by our daily couriers, these areas will have to be sent using royal mail standard service unless otherwise agreed before checkout is completed. We ask that you include a contact telephone number when completing checkout on ebay this is for us to place on the couriers manifest, our couriers will not  take parcels without a contact number. A signature is required for each parcel sent by next day courier. Parcels sent out on the standard next day courier can be delivered any time between 7:00 am & 6:00 pm. If nobody is available to sign for the parcel then the driver will leave a card and the couriers will attempt redlivery at a later date, if any parcels can not be delivered they will be returned to us. Please unpack and check all items before signing for them, we can not be held responsible for any items that have been signed for and then later reported as damaged. We will not be held responsible for any losses incurred either direct or indirectly as a result of delayed delivery of any items. If you have any specific delivery requirements i.e before 9:00am, Saturday, etc.... please do not hesitate to contact us.

PAYMENT / VAT

All prices shown on ebay listings INCLUDE Vat at the current rate. We will accept payment by Paypal, postal order or personal / business cheques and credit or debit cards, if paying by card please contact us on the number shown above. Payment is only accepted in British Pounds. Please complete checkout and send payment within 48 hours of completing a purchase.

REFUNDS / RETURNS

We will gladly refund the full payment amount (excluding carriage) if you are at all dis-satisfied with an item or find it is not suitable for the purpose you bought it for as long as the item is returned in its original condition and unused within 14 days of receipt. We can not refund the original outgoing carriage charge. Return carriage charges also have to be at the buyers expense and items must be sent recorded or secure delivery to enable a full refund. Please e-mail us before returning any items, a friendly service is assured.
