Items must be returned, in new, or like-new condition, and in its original packaging, and with all paperwork including manuals and your packing slip, as well as all accessories to ensure full credit.
Shipping costs will not be refunded unless the item is being returned because it is damaged or defective. If it was a free shipping order, the shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
Beauty Drama reserve the right to refuse any returns if they do not meet our return requirements or without authorization.
Use a secure shipping method to send the item so that it can be tracked. For example, if you are sending it through the United States Postal Service, please request delivery confirmation. We cannot process your return until the item is received.
The following conditions and exceptions apply.
Partial refunds/Restocking Fees
Any item in original condition that is returned within 14 days after delivery: Shipping Charge is not refundable
Any item in original condition that is returned between 15 days and 30 days: 20% restocking fee
Any item in original condition that is returned more than 30 days after delivery: No returns are accepted

Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error: NO REFUND!
