We will never buy from a third party. We have been trading since 2006 and growing consistently from day 1. We ship the products worldwide. We have built our business and reputation on providing a good service at a fair price.

Shipping

All our parcels are shipped via a tracking service and are insured. In the UK we use Hermes who provide a fully tracked 3-5 day service. Some addresses will be serviced by the Royal Mail Signed For Service. For our overseas customers we generally use Royal Mail International Signed For / Registered Post. In Europe delivery is generally 7-10 days. The rest of the world is 10-21 days. Customers outside of the EU may be subject to import taxes by their local government. These are entirely the responsibility of the buyer.MULTI BUY DISCOUNTS - we do offer multi buy shipping discounts. That's why under our 14-day returns guarantee, if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition within 14 days of the date you received the item. By law, customers in the European Union also have the right to withdraw from the purchase of an item within seven working days of the day after the date the item is delivered. This applies to all of our products. We regret that we also cannot accept cancellations of contracts for the purchase of products where the item has been unsealed. To cancel your purchase within the seven-working-day cooling-off period, please package the relevant item(s) securely and send it to us so that we receive it within seven working days of the day after the date that the item was delivered to you.
Please note that we cannot accept returns if you deliver them to us by hand.
For your protection, we recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service.
