• Items will be shipped within 3 working days of receiving cleared payment unless otherwise stated.
• If you require your items to be shipped to a different address please make sure you state the address when making your payment on the PayPal website. We can only send items to the address stated on your payment page.

• An Any sign of damage to the parcel must be noted with the delivering party as we cannot guarantee Baby Bunch or the delivery company will accept liability for goods damaged in transit after delivery has been accepted. Any damage that is found during/after delivery would need to be reported to us within a maximum of 24 hours from day of delivery.
• A next day service may be possible to be provided on certain items only. This is not offered as a standard option. Please contact us before 2pm on day of order to check stock availability of item(s) required.
• If your item includes a registered/Tracked delivery option, then a tracking reference can be provided upon request if not sent to you automatically via our delivery systems.

We know you will be pleased with your purchases from Baby Bunch. However, there may be an occasion when you need to return an item to us.

• RETURNS are accepted on the condition your purchase is returned to our office in the same condition it was sent within 7 days of receipt. This includes packaging and cannot be missing any parts.
• Any costs resulting in the item being returned to us would be the buyer’s responsibility unless the item is found to be faulty. If a fault is confirmed you will be refunded in full. In the case of Non-Faulty items the buyer must pay for all postage costs incurred.
• All brand new items purchased from us carry with it a 12 month manufacturer warranty. Any graded or refurbished items would clearly state in the listing the warranty period. If you have any questions or concerns please contact us.
