Buyers will need to contact Betta Auto Rubber, (B.A.R.), with details of purchase and obtain a R.A. Number, (Return Authority Number), and return goods addressed according to the instructions given with the R.A. Number.
Buyers will need to provide proof if damaged in transit (satisfactory photos and / or return, at the discretion of B.A.R.) before item/s is replaced.
If item/s are incorrectly supplied, they will need to be returned before correct item/s are sent - just like any other retail store. B.A.R. will compensate return postage, once item/s are received back and confirmed incorrect.
Returns due to change of mind or incorrect selection is at buyer's cost with NO exception, and B.A.R. must have approved the return, and the correct R.A. Number be issued.
