I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY ORDER YET?
Your order may be awaiting collection from the Post Office. Check your email to see if you have received a notice from us that your order has been sent. It should include your tracking number. You can then track your order at the following link http://auspost.com.au/track/
If you cannot locate any emails with tracking details please contact us through eBay messages and we will track your item or follow up if for some reason your order has not yet been sent.
THE ITEM IS NOT AS DESCRIBED
If you have received the wrong item - I do apologise. Sometimes in haste, mistakes do happen. Please contact me through eBay messages and I will send the correct item and will pay for return postage of the incorrect one.
THE COLOUR IS DIFFERENT TO THE IMAGE ON EBAY
What you see on your monitor may not be what I see on mine. I use 2 separate monitors to try and best represent the product's true colour, however I still have no control over what you see at your end. This is something that simply cannot be avoided when purchasing online.
CAN I PICK UP MY ITEM INSTEAD OF WAITING FOR POST?
Sorry, we have a no pickup policy as our warehouse does not cater for public access.
I NEED MY ITEM URGENTLY - CAN IT BE SENT BY EXPRESS POST?
We offer Express Post as a postage option on most of our items. It can be selected at checkout. On large items this can be difficult to calculate fairly, and so we do not provide it as an option at checkout. If you particularly require an item in a hurry and Express Post is not available, then please contact us either through eBay messages or by phone 02 4032 6452 and we can provide an Express Post quote for you.
