Security and Reliability
Parcel shipped by Registered Post or Express Post carries tracking number, which is scanned during the delivery process and trackable. Signature is also required when receiving the item. It will be transferred to the nearby local post office await for collection if no one attended upon delivery. Don't have to drive miles away to pick up from the courier depot!

Note: Unfortunately we are unable to guarantee delivery times due to inconsistent postal standards across the country. We will work with Australia Post to resolve any issues as quickly as possible.

Our Return Policy

As a consumer, you are entitled to return the products if they are:
