Origin African Accepts Payment via Paypal or cash on pick up.
Postage: We generally use Australia Post Airmail service for most objects both internationally and domestically. For parcels exceeding 100cm, we use UPS. Sea Mail is also available and is recommended for heavy items, allow approx 5 weeks for delivery
All Origin African items are securely boxed and packed in bubble wrap with polystyrene beads. Whilst every care is taken in order to ensure that your purchase arrives in pristine condition, we regret that we cannot be held liable for any damage that occurs when the item is in transit.

Returns may be exchanged for a replacement item of similar value excluding the cost of shipping, a refund of the purchase price excluding shipping costs or a credit note to the value of the item excluding shipping costs.
Origin African products have been used, some often for decades, they are also hand made and often show the wear and tear associated with those years of use. We make every effort to photograph each piece so that you may evaluate the degree of wear prior to purchase. We can supply a more detailed condition report upon request.
