POSTAGE TERMS: No responsiblity will be taken for goods lost in the post. It is recommended that ALL purchases are sent Registered Post so that they can be tracked once posted. You can select this option at the checkout before you pay for your purchases.
PAYMENT TERMS: Postage cost includes Australia Post charges and packaging costs. We require contact to be made within 3 days of your purchase(s). Payment for all purchases is required within 5 days of purchase(s) being made. Where payment is not received within this time frame an unpaid item case will be opened.
Once payment has been received all purchases will be posted on the next business day. Please note that during major holidays such as Christmas, New Year, Easter and other major Public Holidays there may be some delay in your purchases being received.
ORDERS TAKEN UPON REQUEST: Cost will depend on what is involved and time taken to complete the order. Time to complete and get orders posted will vary dependign on other orders and time needed to complete the order. All details provided upon request.
