Q: How long does it take for my order to arrive?
A: Transit time depends upon destination and method of postage. You can expect your order to arrive within 7 business days within Australia and 14 business days for international. However, transit times are usually much shorter than this
Q: Do you combine postage?
A: We do combine postage, for additional item costs click on "shipping cost" above. Do receive combine postage discounts, do NOT checkout until you have fully completed shopping. Once you're done, go to your "my eBay" and checkout any one item you've purchased. Then from the list of items you've bought, tick them all and the postage should automatically combine. If you believe the total is incorrect, message us and we'll manually combine them for you.
Q: What condition is this product in?

Q: Do you accept returns?
A: If you change your mind about an item and it was as described, you will need to cover the return postage costs. However, if the item was miss-described, we will offer to pay for the costs to return the item and refund you fully including your initial page postage.
Q: Do you accept pick-ups and do you have a store I can visit?
A: Currently we do not allow pick-ups and we only operate online. However, we're hoping to secure a lease to open a live store in 2010-2011.
Q: How do I know when my payment has been received and when my order is shipped?
A: We will send you email updates to your registered email address. You will receive one when we've received your payment and another one to let you know that your item is on its way.
