A return can only be made if the item is not as described in the listing or is completely defective on receipt.
N.B. Industry Standards suggest when purchasing factory second product you order 5% - 10% extra to allow for cuts, breakages and wastage.
Minor variations in specification, model or colour is not a valid reason for a refund. Returns may be settled in the form of a credit note, replacement or refund. The comsumer is responsible for the delivery charges of returns.
