This was from around my favorite season of the show because of the memorable contestants who appear in the video. And of course, let's not forget Bob Harper who is less demanding than in the other BL videos!

This workout is perfect for those unable to do high impact workouts such as myself. Until now, I have not been able to do workout programs because of my painful disability. Now, however, I have no reason or desire not to exercise. This dvd has 4 different 1 mile power walks that increase in difficulty as you go along, with modified exercises performed by one or two of the group members in each workout for those of us unable to do the more difficult moves. Almost anyone can do these workouts! You will walk, sprint, use light weights, lunge, side-step, etc. your way to weight loss with trainer Bob and past Biggest Loser winners. The workouts are set to music and you can do them with or without the instructor talking. It has a cooldown section for after your walk. It even has a marathon tracker to show you how you can walk a marathon in your own living room. I really enjoyed using this DVD. Bob Harper is very good at cuing. There are four one mile walks with each being a little different. The DVD was broken down where there was always someone who would do the exercise without weights while the rest of the group used them. This is a good DVD for beginners who want a good workout without any complicated moves. I'm planning on buying more in this series.

Trying to exercise more. We've had a rough winter (and early spring) in the Northeast. I can just move my coffee table, slip in the DVD and do a 4 mile workout indoors. Make it as hard or easy as you like.
