What do I do with my item doesn't arrive with in these estimate times ?

First of all please make contract with your local Post Office and check they are not holding them for you.

Then please send us an email to sales@jamellcables.com.au or advising the item has not arrrive we will contact Australia Post and follow it up for you any advise the outcome. 

In most case we find the item has been delayed in the mail system by a few days.

It was when we added the XBox 360s that we found that not all HDMI cables were the same. The sales people tried to tell us that we needed the very expensive to get the best from our setup. This got us curious about the difference in the prices. As a result we started looking for quality HDMI cables and accessories at an affordable price that we can offer to the Australian Home Theatre and Media Center Users just like us.  We now ship our cables any accessories across Australia and to serveral other countries including USA, New Zeland, Singapore and the UK.
