COLLECTION/VIEWINGS

Collection is available for all goods, between 10am and 5.45pm Monday-Friday, (excluding public holidays in the seller's location), from the address displayed under "contact details" on the listing.  It is helpful for customers to give notice before collecting, to avoid any delays upon arrival.

Viewings are welcome on all goods.  This is a warehouse facility, not a retail premises, so some items may not be concordant to view, such as furniture, which will likely be fully boxed, packaged and dismantled.


POSTAGE DISCOUNTS:

Buyers may wish to note that postage is FREE for each additional product from our shop when paid for together (most expensive item’s p&p charged; all subsequent products in the order qualify as freepost).  This is applicable to both UK, and overseas/worldwide buyers.


VAT:

VAT is included on all eligible items at the standard rate.  VAT receipts are issued upon request, either via email or post.

Consumers are provided with 14 working days commencing from the delivery date within which they can inform us that they wish to cancel the sale. They then have a further 7 working days to dispatch the return consignment, in order to receive a full refund of their original payment.
