Shellac Nail polish is a new UV technology that combines the ease of polish with the permanence of gels. It is a true innovation in chip-free, extended wear nail color. It goes on like polish and wears like gels... with ZERO dry time!
Shellac is a resilient polish that remains flawless for 14-days and removes in 10 minutes.
 
Application:
* Polish must be shaken well before applying to nails.
* Apply UV Gel base coat cure under UV light for 10 seconds.
* Apply UV Gel color coat (x2) cure under UV light for 2 minutes (after each coat)
* Apply UV Gel top coat cure under UV light for 2 minutes.
* Gently wipe nails with cotton pad soaked in Isopropyl Alcohol to remove tacky layer.
* It is critical that you use base and top coat with color coat. ALL 3 steps are required for polish to cure correctly.

Removal:
* Soak nails in a glass bowl filled with a small amount of pure acetone, or wrap nails in cotton soaked with pure acetone. Soak approx. 10 minutes
* Product will start to become soft and you can gently slide it off the nails using an orangewood stick.
 
Helpful Tips:
* ALL Shellac type products have a thicker viscosity than traditional polishes.
* Oily skin or polishing on the nail beds tend to cause shortened lasting ability of this product. Peeling or early wear may occur.
* Lightly buff the nails with a gently abrasive buffer block to give the polish a really good base to adhere to.
* Make sure the nail is spotless clean, prepared, dehydrated (wash, dry, apply Bond-Aid by OPI) or some type of nail dehydrator immediately prior to polishing for longer wearing polish.
* The quality of your UV lamp is important, if you aren't getting the proper amount of UV WATTS you will have problems with your polish curing in the correct time. Don't be afraid to give it an extra 60-120 seconds, if you have problems with it curing properly.
* It is VERY difficult to display the EXACT color of nail polish online. Please be aware that there may be some variances in color by different computer monitors, etc.
