Our carriers
We use Anpost to ship your items. Once arrived in Australia, parcels are handed over to Oz-Post for delivery. If there is no-one available to take delivery they may attempt to leave it with a neighbor or in a safe, secure location. A card will be left to advise of this, or to confirm that the parcel has been returned to the local depot. You can then contact them to arrange a collection or schedule a new delivery date.
Please note that a signature may not always be required.

Returns Policy
1. How do I return an item?
We hope you love our products, but if your item(s) are unsuitable don't worry, we offer a 14 day returns policy.
- Place your returns note/ invoice back inside the parcel, and write the reasons for the return. E.g. next to the product name on the invoice you could write Unsuitable, small fit etc.
- Repack the item in its original packaging.

- 4. Return the package using your local postal service. You will need to cover the postage cost to return the items.
- 5. Keep your Certificate of Postage safe, as you will need this as your proof of return.
In the event that we do not receive the returned goods, we will ask you to provide the certificate of posting from your local postal service. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if you are unable to provide the certificate of posting.
Products should be returned to us in the condition they were in when delivered to you, together with all accessories and packaging that were supplied with the Product(s).
2. How long do I have to return item(s)?
You have 14 days to return any unsuitable items back to us.
3. How long will it take for me to get my refund?
We will process your return as soon as possible. PLEASE NOTE: Refunds can take up to 30 days – The items have to be sent back to the UK and then put through the warehouse for processing. However, most are processed within a much quicker timescale.
4. Returns policy on lingerie
Please make sure that briefs/thongs/swimwear etc. are tried on over your own underwear. In the interest of hygiene, we may refuse returns where we reasonably consider that this has not been done.
5. How do I return a faulty item?
If you receive a faulty item and would like a refund, please state the fault on your returns note which you include inside the returned package. We will then examine the returned product and will notify you of any refund you are entitled to via email within a reasonable period of time.
Faulty products returned by you will be refunded in full, including a refund for the delivery charges for sending the item. However if there is more than the returned faulty item in the same order, the delivery charge will not be refunded.
6. Exchanges
Unfortunately, we are unable to offer exchanges at this time. You will have to return the item(s), and then make a new order through the Boohoo eBay outlet.
